What we get called for
Most of our work sits at the service end of the system — the meter, the mast, the main panel, and the paperwork that makes it legal. It is the part that has to be right before anything else in the building works.
Cracked, corroded or condemned meter socket? Until the base is rebuilt to code, the utility will not energize the service — and the property stays dark. We replace the socket, mast, weatherhead and grounding as one job.
Old fuse box, undersized panel, or breakers that will not stop tripping. New load center, properly dressed branch circuits, correct grounding and bonding, and a circuit directory you can actually read.
The signed certification a property needs to be sold, refinanced, permitted or energized. Inspected, documented and signed by a licensed perito electricista — not a handyman's letter.
